I understand that sometime after the house was constructed,
Mr. F. A. Pinkerton applied to the City Engineer to have the street
number changed from 730 Smith Street to 600 Plum Street. This would
in no way effect the status of complying with the Zoning Ordinance
or the Building Code. The changing of the street addresses of the
house does in no way change the status of the front and rear yards
as required by the Zoning Ordinance and Building Code.
