Subject: Observation of Drain System for a Structure at 727 Roma Valley Drive, Lot 62, Miramount
Valley Subdivision, Fort Collins, Colorado
An observation was made of the drain system at the subject structure. The drain system materials observed were
found to be in general accordance with our recommendations. Random measurements taken from the top of
the foundation- walls to- the top- of the- drain- pipe- indicate- that a_positiveri slope- was maintained L to the sump -
A visual observation showed that asphaltic damp proofing has been applied to the exterior walls of the
foundation.
