A representative of Terracon observed the foundation construction for the referenced
project on December 29, 2000 and January 2, 2001, as requested.
Observations made during the foundation construction indicate that the footing sizes,
foundation wall steel and void forms are in general accordance with the plans and
specifications for this project.
