Gentlemen:
We have visually observed the wall reinforcing and void material placed in the forms at the
residence under construction at Lot 18, Shenandoah, (7103 Egyptian' a subdivision of Fort
Collins, Colorado. This observation was performed on May 30, 2000.
It is our opinion that the reinforcement was in general conformance with the MNA foundation
plan, Job No. 1024.
