Due to three additional windows on the home construction at 7009 Sedgwick
Drive in the Ridgewood Hills subdivision -Lot 49-Filing 2, we have recalculated the Ft.
Collins Energy Code Form B for Stock Plan # 987. These additions are for this house
only and are not permanent changes from the stock plan.
Due to the window and patio door additions, we have upgraded the insulation
from R-11 to R-13 to meet the Fort Collins Residential Energy Code requirements.
