building permit fee reduction of $75 upon issuance of the building permit for the home to be

I understand that all other applicable provisions- of u'ie-For CoilinyEnergy Code,
including folIo4ving the Fort Collins Insulation Guidelines, submitting an insulation certification
form and HVAIC certificatior, form, and obtaining a completed "Insulation Inspection"
performed by gity staff will be required prior to issuance of a Certificate of Occupancy for the
above home.
Further, I hereby acknowledge that a "preliminary rating" rat he submitted ,,; the sort
