Gentlemen:
We have visually observed the wall reinforcing placed in the forms at the residence under
construci:ion at Lot 34, Shenandoah, (6851 KaslamCourt), a subdivision of Fort Collins,
Colorado. This observation was performed on December 14,1999.
It is our opinion that the reinforcement was in general conformance with KLP Engineering
foundation plan, Job No. 4027/2-Car-Full Basement. _
