RE: Units 31 through 36 at building 6603 Antigua, (Stanton Creek 2nd filing) Fort Collins, CO 80525
Per agreement with the Building Department (Mike Gebo) not all of these units need to be inspected by the rater as
they are building using the same specifications. The rater will do spot inspection of the repeated units and complete
final inspections on units which have different specifications as modified by the builder. This being the last
building in the filing, the rater completed the walk through to make sure all the standards were met. The building
was fund to be substantially built to the specifications. A substitute hot water heat was used but is of equal or better
rating than the specification. Accordingly, the above -mentioned unit has NOT be final inspected by the rater but
r leas not objection to the issuance of the certificate of occupancy for energy code reasons.
