owner of the above referenced property, you are responsible for obtaining all
required inspection and approvals.
You have ten (10) days from the above date to schedule an inspection at no
additional charge. After which time, this permit becomes null and void, with a
copy of this notification entered into the address,file.
Occupancy or use of the space for which this pemvtt was issued without final
approval is a violation of the "Uniform Building code" Section 307.
If all work has been completed, you need only schedule a final inspection.
Please call our inspection line at 221 - 6769. If you call before 8:30 a.rrL, we can
complete your inspection that same day.
