Terracon observed the perimeter drain at the referenced site on September 30, 1999. At the
time of our site visit, it was observed that 4-inch diameter, perforated PVC pipe had been
placed around the exterior perimeter of the basement foundation. The drainage pipe exhibited
positive drainage toward the sump in the northeast corner of the basement. Maximum 1 1/2-
inch washed aggregate was observed above the pipe. Layers of filter fabric were observed
beneath the pipe and above the gravel.
In addition, plastic membrane was observed around the exterior perimeters of the garage and
crawl space foundations. The foundation void forms -were -observed to be -in good condition at
the time of our site visit.
