An observation of the foundation wall reinforcing for the garage
addition foundation walls was conducted at the subject location on the
date indicated. The foundation wall reinforcing was placed in general
compliance to the foundation plan prepared by AKM Engineering
Consultants, Inc., Project No. 98-4051.
The void material was found to be placed in general compliance to the
referenced foundation plan.
