On September 10 and 14, 1999, Terracon observed foundation construction at the referenced
site.
Observations made on September 10, 1999 during the foundation construction indicate that
the foundation footing sizes and void form placements are in accordance with the plans and
specifications for this project. Observations made on September 14, 1999 indicate that the
foundation wall steel placements are in accordance with the plans and specifications for this
project.
