Section 29-469 HOME OCCUPATIONS. "A home occupation shall be allowed as a

occupation license from the City. The fee for such a license shall be ten dollm
(310.), and the term of such license shall be two (2) years. At the end of such temn,
the license may be issued again upon the submission and review of a new
application and the payment of an additional tan dollar ($10.) fee. If the city is
conducting an investigation of a violation of the Code with respect to the particular
home Occupation at the time such renewal application is made, the license will not
be reissued until the investigation is completed, and if necessary, all violations
have been cor*ted. The term of the previous license shall continue during the
perm of investigation.
