Our records indicate that your permit has expired without final Inspections. As
owner of the above referenced property, you are responsible for obtaining all
required inspection and approvals.
You have ten (10) days from the above date to schedule an inspection at no
additional charge. After which time, this permit becomes null and void, with a
copy of this notification entered into the address file.
Occupancy or use of the space for which this permit was issued without final
approval is a violation of the "Uniform Building code" Section 307.
