On October 12. 2001, a representative of Weeks 8. Associates observed the deck Piers for the
residence under oonstruC ion at the referenced site.
Based on our observations it is our opinion the pier sizes and steel raWorcenrent were in
substantial accordance with the engineered foundation plan for the project by Weeks &
Associates, Inc., Project No. 213%
