of First State Bank of Fort Collins. Drafts drawn under this Letter of Credit must be endorsed
hereon and bear the clause "Drawn under First State Bank of Fort Collins, Letter of Credit 102
dated July 26, 2001" accompanied by the original Letter of Credit and the following document:
(a.) A signed statement from you reading as follows:
This Letter of Credit Number 102 is being called due to the lack of performance
regarding the installation of irrigation and land improvements for the Gill -Nelson
Farmhouse Project located at 5529 S. Timberline, Ft. Collins, CO.
This Letter of Credit is not transferable.
Except so far as,otherwise,expressly stated, this Letter of Credit is subject to the Uniform
Commercial Code as in effect in the State of Colorado, and, to the extent not inconsistent with
the terms of this Letter afCreditandthe Uniform Commercial Code, the Uniform Customs and
Practice for Documentary Credits,1991 revision, ICC publication number 500.
