I inspected the above referowed property in May 2000, and developed a reinforcement plan for
the bearing support between the dining room and 1st floor bedroom, furnace room, and the
kitchen. That work has been completed by Dohn Construction, Inc.
At this time, it ismy opinion that the floor- system of the house isi safe and -adequate for
residential and/or light commercial useage.
