Gentlemen:
We have inspected the wall reinforcing for the structure under construction
at Lot 54, Clarendon Hills. The subject steel was inspected on June 15, 1989.
Wall reinforcing consisted of two (2) #5 bars at the top and bottom of all
low walls and 414, 60 grade top, and #5 bottom of all high walls. Pier re-
inforcing extended well into the foundation walls, consisting of two (2)
#5 bars.
All reinforcing was properly placed and spliced. The #4 reinforcing as
substituted is adequate to support the structure.
