This observation was performed on September 15, 1999. It is our opinion that the form widths are in substantial conformance with our foundation plan, Job No. 1782-50-31-01. No substantial amounts of loose material were noted below footing, wall or pad bearing locations. This observation does not, nor was it intended to cover setback requirements. It is the contractors/owners responsibility to verify that the home has been located within the appropriate building setbacks.
