This observation was performed on September 14, 1999. It is our opinion that the reinforcement was in general conformance with our foundation plan, Job No. 1892-07-19-01. This observation was performed on September 9, 1999. It is our opinion that the form widths are in substantial conformance with our foundation plan, Job No. 1892-07-19-01. No substantial amounts of loose material were noted below footing, wall or pad bearing locations. This observation does not, nor was it intended to cover setback requirements. It is the contractors/owners responsibility to verify that the home has been located within the appropriate building setbacks. If you have any questions, please feel free to call.
