Gentlemen:
We have visually observed- the wall reinforcing placed in the forms at the residence under
construction at Lot 13, Ridgewood Hills, (542 Yuma Court) a subdivision of Fort Collins, Colorado.
This observation was performed on September 14, 1999.
It is our opinion that the reinforcement was in general conformance with our foundation plan, Job No.
1892-07-19-01.

Gentlemen:
We have visually observed the footing forms placed at the residence under construction at Lot 13,
Ridgewood Hills, (542 Yuma Court), a subdivision of Fort Collins, Colorado. This observation was
performed on September 9, 1999.
It is our opinion that the form widths are in substantial conformance with our foundation plan, Job
No. 1892-07-19-01. No substantial amounts of loose material were noted below footing, wall or pad
bearing locations.
This observation does not, nor was it intended to cover setback requirements. It is the
contractors/owners responsibility to verify that the home has been located within the appropriate
building setbacks.
