We have visually observed the wall reinforcing placed in the forms at the residence under
construction at Lot 57, Willow Springs, (5327 Golden Willow Drive), a subdivision of Fort Collins,
Colorado. This observation was performed on January 18, 1999.
It is our opinion that the reinforcement was in general conformance with our foundation plan, Job
No. 1782-50-02-02.
