We have observed the drilling of several of the ten (10) inch
diameter, straight shaft piers supporting the residence under
construction at Lot 65, Huntington Hills Sth Piling
Michaels), a subdivision of Fort Collins, (S25 St.
inspectiorr was performed on May 29, 1996, Colorau'o This
Exposed soils measured from original grade consist of a silty
claystone bedrock which extends to the depths drilled,
approximately twelve (12) feet.
All piers observed were plumb; properly cleaned and of adequate
length as specified on our foundation plan, Job No. 1122-10-15-01.
No water was encountered during drilling. Casing was not required.
