Gentlemen:
We have visually observed the wall reinforcing placed in the forms at the residence under
construction at Lot 1, Coventry, (518 Bentley Place), a subdivision of Fort Collins, Colorado.
This observation was performed on January 28, 2000.
It is our opinion that the reinforcement was in general conformance with KLP foundation plan,
Job No. 4015.
