C . ulting engineers January 26, 2000 US Home Corporation 118 E. 29" Street, Suite F Loveland, Colorado 80538 Project No: 2250-10-89-01 Gentlemen: We have visually observed the footing forms placed at the residence under construction at Lot I, Coventry, (518 Bentley Place), a subdivision of Fort Collins, Colorado. This observation was performed on January 25, 2000. I It is our opinion that the form widths are in substantial conformance with KLP foundation plan, Job No. 4015. No substantial amounts of loose material were noted below footing, wall or pad bearing locations. This observation does not, nor was it intended to cover setback requirements. It is the contractors/owners responsibility to verify that the home has been located within the appropriate building setbacks. If you have any questions, please feel free to call.
