building permit fee reduction of $75 upon issuance of the building permit for the home to be

I understand that all other applicable provisions of ilre Fort Collins Energy Code,
including following the Fort Collins Insulation Guidelines, submitting an insulation certifica
form and HVAC certification form, and obtaining a completed "Insulation Inspection" tlon
performed by City staff will be required prior to issuance of a Certificate of occupancy for the
above home.
Further, I hereby acknowledge that failure to use either of the energy rating programs
named above and meet the respective established minimum criteria for compliance will result in
forfeiture of the $.75 building permit fee reduction provided hereunder.
