On October 29, 1999 1 visited the referenced site as requested. The purpose of this visit was to
determine the feasibility of placing a roof top unit over the medical records office.
The proposed unit is to weigh approximately 380# including the curb and ductwork.
Based on the proposed unit and the existing structure it is our opinion it is feasible place the unit
on the roof. The unit should be placed in accordance with the attached sketch
