We have inspected the wall reinforcing placed in the forms at the
residence under construction at Lot 63, Greenbriar Village Second
Filing (507 Sundance Court), ""a subdivision of Fort Collins,
Colorado- T-hi inspection was performed on February 20, 1995.
It is our opinion that the reinforcement was in substantial
conformance with our foundation plan, Job No. 2658-01-01-01.
