Gentlemen:
On October 4, 1996 a representative of this firm performed a
welding inspection at the above referenced location. The
inspection consisted of visual observation of the welds at the
top and bottom of the columns in the center of the engine bays.
The welds connected the columns to the floor base plates and the
roof beams. The welds appeared to conform to the detail on Sheet
A-5 of the plans prepared by Merrick and Company.
