College Avenue a P.O. Box 580 Fort Collins, CO 80522-0444 Dear Mr. Gebo, Your office recently conducted an inspection of our facility and advised us to add combustion air inlets to our furnace rooms. As we received bids for this work, it was suggested that we upgrade our furnaces to newer, more efficient models. It was further suggested that this upgrade might make some of the work you advised unnecessary. We would like to proceed with the upgrades to our climate control plant. To enable us to do this, we are requesting a twelve-month grace period during which we can raise the necessary funds to pur- chase and install the new units and bring our building into compliance with city codes.
