We have visually inspected the footing forms placed at the residence under construction at Lot 45,
Ridgewood Hills 2nd, (500 Ramah Drive), a subdivision of Fort Collins, Colorado. This inspection
was performed on July 21, 1998.
It is our opinion that the form widths are in substantial conformance with our foundation plan, Job
No. 2035-16-27-01. No substantial amounts of loose material were noted below footing, wall or pad
bearing locations.
