The residence under construction at the above address is and was being built as a spec home by
a partnership between ADI and Associates (Fort Collins license #G 1-74) and J. Patrick Mulligan with
the intent to sell and split profits. This partnership had recently completed a spec home at 3030
Indigo Circle.
Mr. MuNigan feels he has the expertise to finish the project without mY assistance .
As the sole proprietor of ADI and Associates I, Darrell L. Sipes would require to have myself
