Dear George:
As requested by the City of Fort Collins Building Inspector as per
Mr. Jay Williams, superintendent for Sinnett Builders, here is my
letter of acceptance that they requested.
I have field observed the installation of the structural aspects
of the subject addition from start of the project to its completion.
Based on these observations, it is my opinion that the structural
aspects of the subject project have been constructed, in general
conformance, to the intent of the structural contract documents, and
the work is acceptable to me.
Please distribute a copy of this letter to the General Contractor
for his distribution to other interested parties.
