This observation was performed on May 11, 1999. It is our opinion that the reinforcement was in general conformance with our foundation plan, Job No. 1419-02-22-02. Box 270218 Fort Collins, Colorado 80527 Gentlemen: We have visually observed the footing forms placed at the residence under construction at Lot 1, Overlook 4th, (4303 Mesaview Lane), a subdivision of Fort Collins, Colorado. This observation was performed on May 6, 1999. It is our opinion that the form widths are in substantial conformance with our foundation plan, Job No. 1419-02-22-03. No substantial amounts of loose material were noted below footing, wall or pad bearing locations. This observation does not, nor was it intended to cover setback requirements.
