This shall verify that Final Inspections were performed on the above referenced basement finish. The
Permit indicated was issued after all work was performed. The Final Inspection was based on a visual
observation and an electrical continuity test. The City is unable to verify Code compliance of any
work which was installed behind the finished wall coverings. Based on this Final Inspection it appears
that this project is in substantial compliance with locally adopted codes.
