Lot 24, MountainRidge Farms Subdivision; Handa Residence, 1132 Crestway
Court, Lot 21, MountainRidge Farms Subdivision; and Hartman Residence, 3915
Ridgeway Court, Lot 7, MountainRidge Farms Subdivision
Dear Mr. Lee:
The Barlow Group, Inc. conducted field observations December 15-18, 1998 of the
footings, foundations and basement walls being constructed at the Schadegg, Handa, and
Hartman Residences. Based on our observations and familiarity with the projects, it is
our opinion that the footings, foundations and basement walls appear to be constructed in
general compliance with the intent of the design drawings.
Please keep in mind that this verification concerns the general spatial array of the
foundation components; the general height and width of the footings and walls; and the
number, size and location of the reinforcing steel.
No responsibility is assumed or implied regarding actual lines and/or grades,
workmanship, concrete properties, site preparation, or other facets of the construction.
