Eroxeiaer Sanitation District is not repponsibls for the condition of the sewer lateral stub out lines. The property
owner is responsible for the condition of these lines and is advised to check for stoppages in said line prior to
connection (i.e. probe and light, ate.). The District responsibility for the collection system does not mend
beyond the District collector lines within the subdivision. Please be advised that failure, to obtain District
signatures on this form could result in denial of access to the sanitary sewer system.
