owner of the above referenced property,.you are responsible for obtaining all
required inspection and approvals. i
You have ten (10) days from the above date to schedule an inspection at no
additional charge. After which time, this permit becomes null and void, with a
copy of this notification entered into the' piddress file.
Occupancy or use of the space for which this permit was issued without final
approval is a violation of the "Uniform Building code" Section 307.
If all work has been completed, you nee4 only schedule a final inspection.

complete your inspection that same day.
