The LPC approved the work at a special meeting, February 12, with the following conditions: 1. Masonry Piers - Are to have routed fluting with all flutes the same length. The entire pier, including base and belt cornice bracket will be painted Tangier (SW 2299) to match the brick color at 214 Linden. 2. Dentils are to be added below the belt (storefront) cornice at 214 Linden and spaced to match the ones under the decorative cornice at the top of the building. 3. Transom Panels - The center of the three panels will each be painted canberra (SW 2016). They will be spaced proportionally between the bottom of the belt cornice dentils and the top of the storefront display windows. 4. Shed Addition on the Rear of 208 Linden - This structure was approved with the proposed stucco finish. if you find you can move the whole new storeroom over 4 1/2 feet to the south to close in the space between the buildings, it is acceptable and you will not have to return for further review. I thank you for being so cooperative in submitting the necessary documentation. This has been one of the most comprehensive projects that the LPC has had to deal with outside of the actual construction of the Old Town Plaza. It has covered storefront reconstruction, re -painting, street furniture, awnings, signage, an addition, and sidewalk improvements. When the plans for this last item are formalized, please have Mr. Short check with me to see if the LPC needs to review them. 281 North College Aeenuc • P.O. Boy • Font Collins, CO 80522-0S80 No Text
