Gentlemen:
We have visually observed the footing fors placed at the residence under construction at Lot 40,
Shenandoah, (208 Egyptian Court), a subdivision of Fort Collins, Colorado. This observation was
performed on May 13, 1999.
It is our opinion that the for widths are in substantial conformance with the foundation plan drawn
by KLP Engineering, PlanNo. 4015/17ull/3-Car. No substantial amounts ofloose material were noted
below footing, wall or pad bearing locations.
This observation does not, nor was it intended to cover setback requirements. It is the
contractorslowners responsibility to verify that the home has been located within the appropriate
building setbacks.

at Lot 40, Shenandoah, (208 Egyptian Court), a subdivision of Fort Collins, Colorado. This
observation was performed on May 14, 1999.
It is our opinion that the reinforcement was in general conformance with the foundation plan drawn
by KLP, Plan No. 4015+tnnn'nr!Ve.,,.
