This observation was performed on May 13, 1999. It is our opinion that the for widths are in substantial conformance with the foundation plan drawn by KLP Engineering, PlanNo. 4015/17ull/3-Car. No substantial amounts ofloose material were noted below footing, wall or pad bearing locations. This observation does not, nor was it intended to cover setback requirements.
