This is due to the fact that you have not complied with the fire sprinkler... o t as stipulated in the original plan review bated ApA 12, 1996. The installation of a fire sprinkler must occur in order to acquire the required Certificate of Occupancy. Should you not comoy with the fire sprinkler requirement, you will not be able to obtain the Certificate of Occupancy, In the lei sent to you on March 27, 1998, I requested thatyou contact the Bureau of Fire Prev= to discuss an apprI linate installation time line for the sprinkler system. As of this date, we have not received a response from you to the March 27 request. This is important issue which needs closure and cannot be ignored any longer. Therefore, we must from you withirt� 30 days from the receipt of this certified letter, a schedule for meeting t�a requirements as indicated on the plan review of April 12, 1996.
