Re: Certification test
Dear Kathy,
Enclosed please find a list of qualified backflow certification test companies. This test is
required due to the fact that the backflow valve is on Fort Collins/Loveland water service
and that it was also homeowner installed. Some installers are certified and provide tests
as part of the install. As I said on the phone, when the test has been completed you may
leave the test certification and the permit at the backflow location and call for inspection,
you would not need to be there if access is available and no dogs. Any questions please
