Using a Fisher b1-100 rebar locator, we have detectedreinforcing placed in the walls at the residence
tender construction at Lot 41, Shenandoah, (207 Egyptian Court), a subdivision of Fort Collins.
Colorado. This observation wac performed on October 25, 1999. Previously, a portion of the wall
reinforcing was observed within the forms on June 2,1999. Placement of the rebar was not complete
at that tine due to the lack of wall forms by the contractor. Based upon our observations, it is out
',pinion that the wall reinforcement probably was placed per the KLP foundation plan 44026_
