On January 25, 2000 and January 28, 2000 Weeks & Associates observed the footings and
foundation wall steel at the referenced site as requested. Observations indicate the foundation
footing sizes and foundation wall steel was in substantial accordance with the foundation plan
for the project by Weeks & Associates, Inc., Project No. 99133 dated December 13, 1999.
