The parties signing this certificate agree to complete all work indicated above under Requirements. If such work is
not completed within the time set forth above and approved on final inspection by the Building Department, then
unless the time for completion is extended by written order of the Building Department, the signers of this
certificate agree to immediately vacate the structure and not to occupy the same until all requirements have been

NOTE: The issuance of this temporary occupancy permit will entitle the owner to place City Utility service
in the owner's name. Construction power rates may be substantially higher than the rate to which
the owner is entitled. Until the owner contacts the City Utility Office and makes the necessary
arrangements to transfer City Utilities into the owner's name, utilities will continue to be
furnished at construction rates and both the owner of the property and the contractor will
continue to be liable to the City for all utility bills.
