RE: Foundation Design for Edora Acres, P.U.D.

Dear Ray:
The foundation plan for the above referenced location, dated October 19,
1983 was designed by our firm. The drawing on Sheet No. 1 shows a 4-plex plan.
This is intended to be a master plan for the 4-plex, 6-plex, and 8-plex units.
There Are four (4) basic units incorporated in the buildings with minor changes
in their locations to each other. The loading on the foundations do not
change.whether in the 4-plex, 6-plex, or 8-plex buildings.
Therefore, we feel the Units A,B,C and D shown on the foundation plan can
be used oas master plans to build the 6-plex and 8-plex buildings.
