The contractor requesting a permit for the construction of a_warehouse at
1415 Blue Spruce Drive is in compliance with the requirements controlled through
the Engineering Services Division to receive a footing and foundation permit.
. However, the contractor has requested a full permit due to the fee payment
problems, as we discussed in Roy Bingman's office this morning. Therefore, it
is requested that a full permit be released at this time with an administrative
hold on any construction in excess of the footing and foundation until further
notification from this office.
