Re: Variance of home encroachment at 1413 Cactus Court
To whom it may concern:
Please consider this request to issue a variance for the minor
encroachment shown on the attached survey at 1413 Cactus Court.
We've also enclosed a letter from Stephen F. Humann, P.E., TST,
the engineer for Paragon Point, recommending the variance be
granted.
The builder was supplied with a plat that showed at 10' utility and
drainage easement instead of a 15' utility and drainage easement,
which was what the developer initially planned. Through recording
of the plat it was changed to 15'. The plot plan that was
submitted to the city and the archetectural control board both
showed the easement as being 10'.
We appoligize for this error and respectfully request a variance be
issued and recorded of record. Thank you for your consideration of
this matter.
