Please be advised that the plans review completed by this office on the
above referenced project has expired, and no .;permit has yet been issued.
Please notify this office within ten (10) working days of the status of
this project or the plans will automatically be destroyed. If desired,
these plans may be returned to you.
If necessary, you may apply in writing to the Chief Building Official for
an extension of 180 days on these plans. If not extended, you will be
required to submit new plans and pay a new plan check fee for any work to
be done.
If you have any questions, please call the City of Fort Collins Building
Inspection Office, 221-6760.
