NOTICE OF SUBSTANDARD BUILDING AND ORDER FOR COMPLIANCE
Building Address: 1303 N. College, Stonecrest Apartments
Building Description: Six, three-plex mobile home units
Owner: Wayne & Lucille Holmes
Pursuant to Chapter 5, Article VI of the City Code, known as the Non -
Owner -Occupied Housing,. Health & Safety Code, and in accordance with
Section 5-305 of said Code, you are hereby notified that the dwelling
unit located at the above address has been found to be substandard
because of the following conditions:
Section 5-279(d) - each individual dwelling unit in the three-plex trailers
must have its own independent heat source. Currently, there is only
one forced -air furnace per three -unit trailer.
NOTICE TO DEMOLISH OR REPAIR
The owner, as stated above, is hereby ordered and notified that:
the above -mentioned violation must be corrected
within 45 days from receipt of this notice. Failure to comply or
request an extension in the time limits specified may require that the
dwelling be vacated and posted to prevent further occupancy until the
work is completed and result in possible criminal prosecution.
RIGHT TO APPEAL
This order may be appealed to the Building Board of Appeals in writing
through the City Building Inspection Office at 300 LaPorte Avenue,
221-6760. Any appeal must be made within 30 days of receipt of this
notice, otherwise all rights to a hearing will blaived.
