Recently this office was questioned about permit issuance for construction being
performed at the above referenced address. Our records do not indicate any permits
issued for the work in question.
Often times the public is not aware building permits are required by the Uniform
Building Code as adopted by the City of Fort Collins.
If there is construction of any kind being performed at this address, please take a
moment of your time and contact the City of Fort Collins Building Permits and
Inspections office to determine whether a permit is required.

Violation notice for shed location to property line has been cleared. Owner shows that the fence is inside
the property line by 3'. The shed size and location are exempt from permit requirements. Send no more
notices and clear the violation from the files.
